It depends on your situation. If you are a night person- you sleep in the daytime. I used to go out at night, come home at 7am. Then I would sleep until 4pm. I also got a night job once that ended at mightnight.
I think you should go to sleep when you're sleepy and you aren't doing anything important. Sleep is the most important thing because it effects your health- both mentally and phsyically.

You go to sleep when it's dark because most peoples internal clocks tell them that when it's dark it's time to sleep and when it's light out it's time to get up.

That is how most animals know when it is time to go to sleep. However, for nocternal animals, they wake up when it gets dark, and go to sleep when the sun goes up. Cats, bats, and owls are all nocternal animals, however, they are not the only ones. The list is too long to try to put it in this answer.

and so do i but we must not forget there are a lot of peapole out there that at the end of the day,it goes dark and they get up and go to work.ahoy to those folk.used to do it myself,always been a bit of a night owl.

Okay, here's what happens.
The langoliers come and eat up all the time,space and everything that you have done and not done. The things that you haven't done is held aginst you untill you have either resolved them or they take your life from you. This is why some people die so early
