a funny question, but if you're worried about flooding, then anywhere not too close to teh coast. However, that really shouldn't be your main concern, ebcause it will take time for the polar ice caps to melt, and when they do, the world's climate would be so affected that it will severely hamper our economy, and thus many other bad things would happen

Forget melting polar ice caps (it'll take eons of time) but worry about an earthquake from the Cascadia fault on the west coast from California to halfway up Vancouver Island. Best to be buying some ocean front property in eastern B.C., Washington, Oregon, California and maybe Nevada. Lots of cheap land for sale. Don't worry though the following tsunamis' should make for great surfing-dude!

I gotta start myself up a "when the icecaps melt" real estate company, and scam a bunch of suckers into buying worthless property 20 kilometers from the beach at high prices.
I'll also by prime beachfront property at low low prices and keep it for myself. Who's with me?!

Even if the caps actually started melting (like in a scientifically proven way, not just biased left-wing news stories about normal melting which has happened for millions of years)
It would be cheaper to shoot giant sunscreens into space than it would be to protect and move billions of people in coastal cities.

Higher ground! But seriously, you'll be long gone by the time the polar ice caps melt so don't worry about it.

Stay put until the North Sea current stops and creates an ice age, complete with glaciers all over northern U.S., moving cities and depositing them elsewhere. As the snow starts remaining through the summer, and ice starts building, move towards the Equator along with billions of others...I'm sure they'll love the idea of us taking their land.

You would have to move off the planet because if you stay on earth then the only place that might be safe would be Mt. Everest where you could live until you starved because you forgot a fishing pole.

The sea level rise will be equivalent of what we call high tide right now. Chill out.....nobody can accurately predict the weather within a week, What makes you think they can predict it in years to come? Everything is speculation and hype with regard to climate change.
