I read a similar question earlier Rach & this is what someone replied...
"The third season of the appretice will be screened on the 21 February 2007. However it will be shown on BBC 1 as that what tends to happen when a show gets sucessful on BBC 2. It is scedualed to last for 12 weeks"

It starts on Wednesday 7th February 2007 at 8pm. Don't miss it - I am a huge fan! Just checked the details in the radio times so this is definitely right - there have been a couple of lead up clips on the BBC.
