most view Deja Vu as just a trick of the mind, and most doctors view it as a minor epileptic attack in a sector of the brain.

having a feeling u've been somewhere before and u no there is no way..(you might of seen it in a past life) or u had a dream about that moment but u didn't remember it was a dream until u had de ja vu...i get it all the time

I believ it is when you experience something and your mind interprets it as a memory. For example, you drive past an unfamilar neightbor, see kids playing in the street, and something comes on the radio; you may swear that you have been in this situation before, but that is just a mistake that your mind has made.
