i want to insert a hyperlink from one spot on a page to another spot on the page using microsoft publisher. the page is in html format if that has anything to do with it

i know how to link one page to another but i dont think theres any way of inserting a hyper link from point a on a page to point b on a page

You just put in an anchor tag where you want to jump to. The tag looks like here Putting something inside the tag, where I've written "here", is optional. The link to go there is go to my link . you can link from outside the page too with .
