can you also explain why the one chose is harder than the rest?

I would say that molecular biology would be the toughest, because it involves knowing the other two as well. It is also the least well understood. We have made great strides in all three areas in the last 50 years, but molecular biology is still a very young science (the others are also relatively young, just not quite as young as molecular biology). So, unless you really struggle with chemistry I would say that molecular biology would be the most challenging and difficult. I may also be the most rewarding, because there are still quite a few discoveries to be made, such as the mechanisms of cancer and other diseases.
