ok start by eating frequently, tiny bits all day, this keeps your metabolism going and keeps you burning calories. Next do a good amount of runnning. you dont need to do too much but enough to burn a bit. Also you can do situps, leg swings (make a body L shaped with back flat on floor and swing legs back and forth slowly), russian twists ( balance on but, feet crossed in air with knees bent. hands together twist your abdomin.

honestly, yoga has helped me tone my problem areas such as my behind and stomach and I swear by it.... i do 15-20 minutes every morning from the comfort of my own home. i walk 20 minutes a day 4 times a week.
diet, eat less. give up alcohol, or drink very little. cut salt. limit bad carbs.

I had that same problem. I started to eat healthier and exercising. Try doing crunches and push ups. I did more and more everyday. You see the results real quickly!. THey really work!!!! Good Luck!!!

well for the stomach you can do sit-ups or crunches start with a little bit and then keep adding one or two on every day and eventually it will be flat. i don't know how to make your bum smaller but i would suggest you sit down less because a big bum tends to spread and get bigger

Just eating right and excersizing =]
There are specific exercizes for both your stomach and butt, so you can look a few up! I use seventeen magazine. Also, online they have a cool program!
But yes, eating right AND exercize is best! Not one or the other.

my mother is 46 and runs everyday and she is more fit then me....also swimming works all the muscles....i swam all my life and it kept me in shape...good luck...o and if you do swim wear two bathing suits..one regular one and then one three sizes to big...it will cause you work a lil harder...

any excercise that gets your heartrate up will help you lose weight. try running or aerobics and combine running with pilates so you don't get bulky
