You can see when they blush. Their face changes color it is not as obvious as in a fair skinned person. Yes they burn just like everyone else.

I can stay in the the sun all day and not get sunburned, and I am not very dark... but my sister on the other hand can be outside for all of ten minutes and her cheeks and forehead will be sunburned lol it's not really funny because I am sure that it hurts but I am glad my skin is not like hers...

blushing is simply blood rushing to your face. So, dark folks do blush (we are all embarrassed at one time or another), but it is just not as visible because of the dark pigment in their skin. It's the same for sunburn. It's there, you just can;t see it.

I don't think you can tell when they blush unless they are light brown and typically they do not get sun burnt. Their skin is dark like that to protect them from the sun. This is why Africans are so dark. They evolved that way because of the heat in those areas.

You cant really tell if they are blushing or not! And No they do not get sun burnt, because they have a pigment in their skin called melanin, which essentially soaks up/ reflects the suns rays from their skin.
