Under the Saddam regime--ovr 25 years--an estimated 100-150,000 civilians died. We lost a few hundred during the first (Persian Gulf) war.
As a consequence of Bush's dishonesty and incompetance, at least 150,000 Iraqi have died--possibly 3-4 times that many. Over 3100 Amrican soldiers have died--not counting contract workers and others.
And for what? We've created more terrorists (US intelligence assessment); virtually destroyed Iraq's infrastructure, reduced the country to a state somewhere between civil war and total chaos (assesment of everybody but Bush) and wasted hundreds of billlions of dollars. And this "divinely appointed genius" we have for a president STILL hasn't caught Osama.
Oh--and we're losing Afghanistan too.
