From what I've seen, they seem to get along well. They share jokes and play pranks on each other. No, they don't hate each other. If anything, I think Vanna White wishes that she was the host and Pat the letter turner.

Vanna's been a celeb on that show since the 70s--it doesn't matter what she thinks of Pat--she's famous with or without him.
P.S. I heard a rumor that she doesn't like him too. You can never trust rumors though.

If I was her I would hate him. She's probably developed some sort of carpal-tunnel syndrome in her arm from turning those big old letters all these years Sometimes she's got that bitter, "I'm gonna get you buddy" look in her eyes.
