In all honesty, it depends. Is this a trick question, and in reality, you are married, and you're talking about your husband's brother's brother (making that your husband)? Or are you serious, and your sister is married to a man and you like his brother's brother (making that your sister's husband)?
Choice A is perfectly fine. Choice B.....well, good luck with that.

It's fine if neither of you is married. Your brother in law's brother is not your blood relation.

No i wouldnt think so. because you see some times sisters dating brothers and stuff. So my answer would be no.
