How can I get more cash when I divorce?

I didn't do to well out of my last two divorces but as I am to be married again next week I wondered if anyone can give me tips on how to get more cash out of my husband to be when we divorce

I should explain I am a lesbian and have a female partner that my husband to be does not know of. My female partner wants a baby so we are hoping to get my husband to impregnate her

If you are going into a marriage with the intent to divorce your husband and take him to the cleaners, then you have big problems that no man is going to fix! Where did you get an attitude like that? What makes you think that a man is good for a free ride, that he should support you, and you should rip him off in a year or two? Why don't you consider getting a good job instead and support yourself for a change! Gosh, you make me cringe! My oh my....that must be a cool job to have. Marry to have a divorce. Amazing that you are already worried about the amount you will get in divorce before you are even married. I would not worry about how well you did not do in the area of money in the first 2 divorce, but I would worry more about what problems you have that did not make the marriage last

you are scum if this is real, hilarious if it isn't. avoid signing any prenuptials to properly stick it to your husband. however be warned, if he is smart, and i hope to god he is. he will trust his assets before the marrige limiting his own access to them for like 10 or 15 years. during that time if you divorce you will be unable to get your grubby little claws on any of that skrill (money). it's generally understood that any assets aquired during a marriage are to be split evenly by both partners. thats the idealized version. a good divorce lawyer can spin that on it's head and make a killing for his client and coincidentally himself too. so here's your to do list. 1.dont sign any prenup 2. find out if his assets are trusted 3. contact divorce attorney and meet him (will cost you money, but some give free consultations)
