Missionary, rear entry and lying side by side have been known for the best effective method. These positions allow for deepest penetration and places the sperm closer to the cervix. Try elevating your hips with a pillow so your cervix is exposed to the maximum amount of sperm. Remain in bed for up to half an hour following intercourse, perfearable on your back and again, with a pillow under your pelvic region. This provides sperm with addional travel time up to the fallopian tube along with the help of gravity. Good luck!

it is said that doggy and the man on top positions are "with gravity" so to speak apparently making it easier for the sperm to get where they are going and the woman on top is against gravity so it makes it that much harder for them to get where they are going.

Also laying on your back with a pillow under your hips for 30 mins to an hour afterwards is supposed to help. I personally don't subscribe to this belief and believe that the sperm a built to last and will get there regardless but if you feel gravity will need a helping hand then try away.

the higher up you can lift your backside and the harder he can thrust into especially on ejaculation the better but i have found (twice successfully-1 onlyconceived 6 weeks ago) it best to have as much sex as possible 12 days after the last day of your last menstrual period then keep this going for four days. Your egg is released at the 14th day after your period ends (provided u have a 28 day cycle like most) - if not work out the day in the middle between periods and take off 2 days start trying to conceive then as much as possible and keepgoing for 4 days. Most importantly the first two. This way sperm has a chance to travel upwards as far as possible to meet your egg when it is released. He will just need to thrust as hard as he can and as hard as u can take it but try to raise your bottom as high as poss to this will help sperm to travel

from what i read n heard is that missionary a day b4 ovulating with you husband takinh hot shower b4 trying u will get a high chance of girl, n if you want a boy the best position for it is side way but your hubby has to wear short the whole day so the jew are cool and not hot. side way is becuase its deeper and the boy sperm can swim faster and try it a day after ovulting or while ovulating. the gurl sperm are stronger but slower yet the boy sperm are weak but fast.

In my opinion, the best position is the baked beans one. It never fails. JUst make sure you read some safety tips before starting.. It can be quite painful in the wrong way
