Well, technically anal orgasms are produced by stimulation of the prostrate gland, which is not part of the female physique. However, this doesn't mean there is no sensation to the female anus. I am a lesbian and enjoy anal sex, yet it is usually accompanied by clitoral stimulation. And this produces an orgasm that is different from just vaginal. The best orgasm uses all the three main spots and can so so intense one can hardly stand it!

I can't vouch for the men, although I can't imagine why it wouldn't work the same way, but I know from personal experience that an anal orgasm is incredibly intense. Perhaps it is because there is that forbidden aspect to anal sex, "ohhh, momma told me never to do this let alone to love it", that adds a psychological boost, I don't really know for sure but I do know that women can have an anal orgasm.

Yes, and if anal sex is performed correctly, the orgasms can be as or more powerful than other types of stimulation

Well technicaly its not the same thing for women because they dont have prostates...so your just having a gspot orgasm ...but your *** and Vjj share the same nerves so really your just stimulating your VJJ in a different way.
Guys are different cause they have a their "gspot" in their ***.
