My college? No. My high school, yes, strangely. Like Janet, my school is far superior to the other schools except in major sports like football or basketball. The district should be dying to throw money at it, instead of trying to find ways to shut the school down. The school's freaking nationally known. You're a moron for trying to shut it down. Wealthy parents from all over move in (raising property taxes and revenue) in hopes their kids will go to the school.

Yes it does -- especially since my school has more academic scholarship winners than all of the surrounding schools, more $$ per student in scholarships, more students passing the AP exams at 5 or better, more state champions in theater, music, and forensics (a better predictor of future success than football winnings)... but if they don't know what a treasure my school is, then they show that they are ignorant boors... and I will pity them.

Nope. Chances are, anyone looking down at any college I've attended hasn't attended there, doesn't know anything about it, and is an elitist snob. There are thousands of colleges out there, and you can get a great education at many if not most of them.

People never look down at my school. It always impresses them.
