If you can't find that particular shirt on eBay, you can find sellers that make custom tees on the site, and ask to have that printed on a shirt.

Well since this isn't just a girly girl shirt it could be found in many different stores such as American Eagle, Aeropostale, Holister, A&F, Pac Sun and maybe even a emo/goth type of store.
