The topic can't be too serious like abortion. Something funny maybe or weird.

Possible titles (you take the idea and run with it!):

"What would a cloud say on a rainy day?"

"What is the function of a donut hole?"

"Do shoelaces think? ... I think 'knot'!"

"What is the opposite of 'opposite'?"

"Do trees get bored?"

"Why is common sense not very common?"
- (note: Einstein said common sense is genius - because it is so rare!)

"Perfection or imperfection? - Is there beauty in imperfection?"

Good luck!

If you are going to actually give the speech, and not just write it, I suggest a "how-to" speech. You can demonstrate anything from how to make a desert, or how to do a Dutch braid, or how to construct a kite, to how to repair a broken electical cord. This helps you in speech making because it gives you something appropriate to do with your hands. Choose one of those kinds of topics that will be interesting or useful to others. Best wishes.
