A muslim leader is on record stating they do not recognise our democracy and that in any case the country belongs to Allah and not us.My question is that with such a grave threat to democracy why do our guardians of democracy,(parliament) ignore the threat.

They don't ignore the threat, in fact they respond in an over the top, almost paranoid way to it.
I wonder why most immigrants are muslim? Could it be because their countries of origin are becoming increasingly poor because of the economic policies of goverments such as ours, and the huge international companies they support?
Capaitalism and economic policies are to blame for many of the world's problems, not muslims or any other religion. I worry far more about the influence of half wits who follow the likes of the BNP.

Because that is how "they" want it. An influx of migrants drives wages down which increases profit. Never mind that it creates problems in housing, education and health provision to name but a few, those who have plenty are unaffected by any of this. It is we average working classes who have to bear the consequences, as stated who are these very grateful migrants going to vote for? Hands up anyone who said the Tory's lol. Our government is not "sitting on it's hands" it's hands are tied thanks to our EU masters. the very masters who inflicted the abominable "Human Rights Act" upon us, thus ensuring that all and sundry can enter our shores and there isn't a damn thing we can do about it. Have the Conservatives said they will rescind it? Thought not, David and Gordon are just two pigs sharing the same trough. Time to call a halt people, there are more of us than there is of them, just! I would entreat every citizen who has had enough to write, phone or e-mail their local MP and tell them their a**e is hanging out of the window, their days are numbered, the gravy train has left the station. Since when did the tail wag the dog? We pay this pile of s***e a fortune to do our bidding not the other way round, wake up they are giving our country away. Please do not tell me that all immigrants improve the economy, if they were that clever or that entreprenurial they would be better off in their own country, or failing that go to Scandinavia. Many that come here are economic migrants, we have the best welfare system in the world, struth they get better treatment than the indigenous population thanks to their "human rights". Can I, as a Brit, go to France, Germany or Italy and expect that country to house me, find me employment, educate my children, get me an interpreter, a "welfare rights" officer? F**k no they would give me a shrug and point me to the nearest bus station, probably in the direction of the UK, so much for our EU partnership! Wake up Britain, . .

None of what you say in your question/answer surprises me. Islam is the fastest growing religion on earth. It is also anti democratic and fascist in the extreme. Why do we put up with these people? Because we're daft enough to think we can change them. We cannot. Their leaders want power and they want it at any price, even if it means the deaths of hundreds of millions. The Muslims will sit in your town and city, saying and doing nothing for decades. When they feel strong, as they do now, they will begin the war which they believe is the order of Allah to destroy the Christian world and thus democracy in the West. BEWARE!!!

Because the so called 'gaurdians' of this country have jelly for spines and haven't got the bottle to stand up and say no to the stupid requests from some of these Muslim people.
This country belongs to the people of the country...not to some god who some people believe in.
Britain IS in grave danger, not from invading forces but from with-in...the likes of certain Muslim groups who preach utter hatred through there belief in certain gods....
Muslims, as with all religions/faiths, are very welcome in Britain but should they not respect the British laws and the freedom of speech that these Muslims have in this country.(which is a lot more than a white persons right to freedom of speech).
When will then spineless government put their foot down and stamp out these lunatics who preach hatred and vile in the name of Allah, (I never realised that some Muslims think Allah is this evil white man hating god, from what i have read of him he didn't come across as this vile)

Because we have an idiot running the country who lets into the country people who hate are laws such as Hooky, the one eye, one hook man, very ugly man,whats his name? Oh yes, Abu Hamza who is wanted in Washington because he is believed to be a terrorist facilitator with global reach, and Blair has opened the doors to such a mad man. Abu Hamza has been found guilty of 3 charges related to stirring up racial hatred, towards the non Muslims. Evidence has proved that he has been found guilty of 6 charges of soliciting to murder. How long did it take for our Government to put Abu behind bars? the tax payer was actually funding him by paying for him to be here. So this is what is being allowed into this country under Blair.
your question is "Why do the guardians of our democracy ignore these threats" ? Because our country is being run by a bunch of socialists who believe everyone is welcome to come to this country even if they are potential terrorists.

Because of parliment, because of politic's. Unfortunately their lack of intervention is causing a greater divide between races and religions.
If there were a firmer stance on what is acceptable in this country on entry, less people with such beliefs would find the prospect of immigration into this country less appealing.

My family are white british, my 15 yrs old daughter came home the other day after having a religious education lesson and being told to sit and watch a video about Allah, she asked why cant we watch a video on christiannity. Her teacher replied that its because its offensive to other religions!!!!!! No wonder muslim milk it up, when we teach our children that other religions are more important than our own.

Because the vast majority of muslims aren't extremists and they're quite happy to live in this country and follow our laws. It's incredibly unfair to say that all muslims are undemocratic or terrorists or whatever just because of what their leaders might say. It's like saying that everyone in this country supports the war in Iraq or wants identity cards just because Tony Blair says we should. It's complete and utter rubbish.

Because the PC desease has infected everything, even central government. They ignore the threat at there peril. Public opinion seems to be more aware of the problem so I can only assume that the public will use the power of the ballot, I wonder who will get all those disgruntled votes!!??
