Only been in hospital once and I was so lucky. They didn't know what was wrong with me so they put me in an isolated room. I was 18 at the time, the next youngest on the ward was 56 so guess who's room all the nurses used to gather in.

Also, my girlfriend (at the time), her father was a senior doctor in the hospital and once the staff knew that I knew Mr M I was given 5 star treatment. He also changed my medication so I could drink alcohol so each night my friends, the doctors and the nurses would gather in my room. It was great (apart from the fact that I couldn't move).

Hell no! I was in Hospital for 8 days and it was the worst experience of my life. (The Nurses and Doctors were awesome tho!) I was so scared and I just wanted to go home. I cried all the time, I couldn't eat so I was weak, and I kept being sick. Not to mention all the tests I had to do. So HELL NO! The hospital is not a place for a vacation.

No, no, no, no!!! You could also get an infection while you are there, or the wrath of a disgruntled worker who is mad one day when she's drawing your blood!!! If you want to be pampered, get a nice hotel and order room service. This way, you won't have to wear one of those ugly gowns where your butt sticks out when you walk down the hall.

No. There always screwing around with you. Temperture, blood pressure, have you had a bowel movement? I spent 9 days last year for a hip replacement and I was more than ready to go.

Well you can't have any privacy because people are always barging in on you. Taking your blood pressure, drawing blood, taking your medicine, etc....
you like being a guinea pig?

Dang - I hope not. Way too expensive - and you're taking up a room someone else really needs. Your mom doesn't work there - go back home.
