I "suffer" from what they term "vivid dream recall."
My dreams are so real.... so I read as much as I could to find out what they meant.
The very best article went on and on about what dreams could mean and what they don't mean and, at the very end, the writer said....
From my experience: dreams mean NOTHING
Further reading suggested that: We are dreaming all the time - ALL the time - even during the day - but, because, during the day we have other things to take our minds off our thought, we don't dwell on them; whereas during the night, with our eyes closed, we have nothing to distract us from our dreams.
Hope I have explained what I mean.... just don't worry about dreams.... they are just a continuation of our daily thought process.

Maybe your scared that, if you answer a question in class people will laugh if you get it wrong. But even if you get the answer wrong, most teachers, will respect the fact that you tried.

look at the dirty dishes as the "dirty work". for example, maybe he is mistreating you.
