let it dry fully (we are talking days in a warm room) then try charging it. If the charge bar appears you may be ok. If not it is time to start looking for a new one. Bear in mind the battery may never be as good as what it once was. However you may be lucky. Sorry to not be more specific but it depends on how wet it was and home much you have tried to make it work since.
