trying to remember the names of some movies??

Question

all I remember of the first is this part where this girl is playing the chello and in the apt below her this computer answers back and learns...responds using different musical voices?? HELP?? I have been trying to think of this for weeks now....second movie ...this lady's baby/child dies...so she and her hubby move to this old secluded house...she starts hearing a child crying from this door that has...a symbol(spell) on it...long story short she release the ghost...has to burn the house.....ahhhh that's all I recall....but no title....third....a mother has twins..boy and girl...the boys dies and she keeps seeing...hearing and talking to him...he's trying to get her to kill herself and his twin so he won't be alone....don't recall anymore on that one.....please and thank you for any answers on these movies

came out in the early 80s and Virginia madsen was the cellist.
