Yes.
It's called Serial PCI Express & runs at 4x rather than 16x.

Costs about $300 .... much more than a new & better mainboard that has a 16x PCI-E slot.... not worth it... limited support & questionable compatability.

no.

there are external graphics cards, which i am assuming is the reason you a pci express slot, but they are extreamly expensive. its much cheaper to buy a new motherboard. if your going to get a new motherboard dont skimp on it, youll regret it later.
