things with a sledgehammer make them work...

My TV is busted.....tried to fix it but nothing.....should i get the sledgehammer out and give it a dunt to see if that helps.....

lol - u ever heard of a phrase that goes 'if in doubt, give it a clout' ? sometimes brute force & ignorance really can work, although i think that using a sledgehammer might be be classed as overkill..... try giving it a slap / kick. good luck..... (i'm assuming u have tried changing the fuse in the plug ?)

totally! i took a sledgehammer to our incredibly noisy sky box and what do you know? it doesnt make a sound now! :o|

Whack it with a hammer then get a new one on insurance. That works.!

No it will not make them work quite the opposite in fact ,but you would probably feel better for it.

If you do it will release loads of toxic material into your house, & if it exposes a capacitor, & you touch it, or with something metal, you could be killed by a huge electric shock.

Not really, but, it sure gets rid of the frustrations! I have a twenty pound one for "fine tuning" cars. (haha)

Most of the time it works, but one time I couldnt pee, that was a mistake.
