Variety of beverages: a few beer options, liquors & mixers. Variety of soft drinks - lots of ice. Let's say that one again - LOTS of ice. Appetizers - everybody loves 'em. I don't mean cucumber sandwiches either - the kinds of things that would be on the appe menu at the local sports bar. See if the best local Pizza place will take your pre-order for delivery around half time. More than one T.V. tuned to the game. One nice thing that your guests will appreciate is an audio feed of the game in the bathroom - or a small TV in there if possible.

You will need to have Beer, hot wings, beer, chips, pizza, a good television, beer, pretzels, beer, Superbowl squares for all of your guests to fill out, price will depend on how many people you have coming to your party. It's whatever you need to sell 100 squares from a nickel per square, or 10 dollars per square. Then just pay out each quarter. It's a nice little wrinkle to throw in for your party, will keep your guests interested in the score.
Oh yeah, you will need some beer.
