Australia and South Africa are the toughest teams to play against for any country. But we should not forget that India has performed exceedingly well against both the teams and much much better than any other countries` performance against these two teams. Our team is 2nd to none in talent. The only thing missing is consistency and killer instinct. This has been so for many many years now. Now that the hiring of foreign coaches is the "in thing", the coaches should imbibe the qualities in the Indian players. The day these qualities are adopted by the Indian players, the Indian team will be one of the most difficult ones to play against for any team in the world. JAI HIND.

When matches are pl,ayed in India, there is no problem for india to play any team in the World. however, when they play abroad, the find playing against Australia, South Africa and England tough as the pitches and condition there are entirely different and players find hard to adjust to the same soon.

South Africa and Australia but India can manage to play well against Australia in my opinion.
Pakistan is difficult to play in Pakistan but I better not get into the real reasons for it.

it's not the teams, but the pitches that matters.
all teams comes in india and get back defeated.
but when in foreign and alien conditions, where the pitch dose not helps us, it becomes tough for india.
still india has not done really poorly if you anylaze the last 6 years of indian cricket.

It depend on the nature ot the pitch on witch they are playing. If they are playing on the flat batting paradise pitch then no bowling attack in the world ( including Australian ) can stop their batsman to play freely and the will manage to keep smasing the ball to boundry line at regular interval, bowler don,t have clue where to ball them.
If the play slow low and turning pitches the are better the Australia and South African because the have 2 world class spinner and also their batsmen play spinner better then the other .
But when came to seaming and bouncing pitches they fail to compete most of the time.
At last it depend on their fast bowelr if they click more then often they won

no team is difficult to be defeated by the Indians but they lack in some confidence, so they are not able to win. Let us wait and see what happens in the world cup
