AE makes some straight-legged jeans. A bit pricier than you are looking for, but worth the money because they are great quality and will last a long time.

try department stores, yes, a shock that emo pants come from there, but I guess it's a start - clearance, sales, even online sales/clearances bring them down to that price, even lower! Believe me, I'm a bargain hunter but I also look for quality - that's good advice - the gap one!
