I've kinda asked this before but still wondering....okay my last period was on dec 26 and on the 22 of jan i took a preg. test actually 3 and each had a faint line...well the next day i went and had blood wrk done..and it was negative...but the nurse said it may be to soon...now i took 4 different brands and they are showing up def. positive...i even bought the ept certinity...and i am having morning sickness and my husband was shocked and how dark and swollen my breast and nipples were....now i know that the blood work prob. was just to soon since the baby was concived are the 13 or 14 but i just wanted to hear some opinions...and i have taken the most recent test over a couple days and at different times of the day. and i have a doc app tuesday...thx

I think it was too soon for the blood test. If you are getting positive results on your home pregnancy tests then obviously you have hcG (the pregnancy hormone) in your system and enough of it to make the tests positive. I think you are DEFINATELY pregnant! Congratulations!!!!
I'm actually in the same boat as you!!! My last period was on December 25th and I got a positive on January 22nd also!!!! :-)

I suggest just relaxing. You took pregnancy tests which all came out positive. The nurse told you that your blood was to early to tell, but you are to return tuesday.
Settle your mind and it will work out. It is always possible to get a false negative but NEVER possible to get a false positive. Most likely when you return to the doctors this week you will get a different answer.
Stressing out over this is not good for your body right now ..if you are pregnant there are already a million things going on and you don't want to add to much more to it.

Well Dear...My last Period was 12/27...and the other day, I went 2 my Dr.'s Appt. And blood test confirmed I was PG, 5wks to be exact!....Its Kind Of Confusing for me to answer this question,because usually the blood test,is------ the only... (for sure) answer...there's like a 1 and a million chance,of the blood test being wrong...but good luck

what may have went wrong with you lab work is called a positive/negative/ at times it can show up that a female is pregnant and she's not and then it can show that a female isn't pregnant and she is. a lot of things could have played a Major part on the out come of your lab test. example= you may have been tired. had you eaten, had you not eaten. stress, etc
The best thing to do is wait until Tuesday to see your doctor. that way you and your husband will be sure....Good Luck

The urine test strips are pretty accurate, if they fail it's usually giving a false negative not a false positive. I think congratulations are in order!
Please let us know what they say on Tuesday.
One more thing, take your temp. If you're pregnant many times your body temp will be slightly higher.

You could be pregnant. I didnt see any changes in my breasts till about the 3rd month of pregnancy. But every body is diffrent. Good luck!
