Reverse swith is the art of swinging the ball contrary to how a conventionally swung ball moves in the air; i.e. movement away from the rough side. Many theories as to how this may occur. Usually happens with an older ball than conventional swing, but not always, atmospheric conditions and bowler skill also being important factors. It has been espoused that once the 'rough' side becomes extremely rough a similar effect to that of a dimpled golf ball may cause it to move more quickly through the air than the 'shiny' side of the ball.
Waquar Unis of Pakistan was the best in reverse swinging

reverse swing is a secret assest of a bowler.....it was introduced by greats like wasim and waqar
actually for the ball to reverse, the ball is made to rub from one side so that one side of the ball is shining and other becomes rough.now if this ball lands on the pitch in such a way that its shining
surafce lands on the pitch then at this time the stream lines of air on that shining surface are more close to each other while on the rough surface the number of streamlines of air are bit far from each other.this compells the ball to swing into the stumps
hope thie answer satisfies u

I think dusra and this reverse swing is essentially a bullshit. There are a lot of bowlers who can bowl in swing and out swing but some pakistani is supposed to have "developed" this reverse swing. Poor Irfan is killing himself to perfect this reverse swing rather than going at the batsman like Sunredra Nath and Ramakant Desia used to do.

You might remeber the 2005 Ashes series. the thing that was the difference in that series really was reverse swing, and how the english bowlers used it.
The two best bowlers would probably be Matthew Hoggard and Simon Jones

you can also reverse swing the ball. take a ball catch it with
medium strength and when you start balling you have to resume
the ball by pulling your two fingers back lightly .
