It said that if you go to the safari zone go to the right and fish then go lose on purpose to the elite four then go to pr. Oak he will battle you wih a level 95 whatever you didn't pick. If you win you will get a celebi. Is it boagus or for real?!?!

I'm trying to get Celebi, too. I read it too, I wouldn't try it. I've tried many MANY things to get that freakin Celebi. Grr... it was the last legendary I needed. That cheat you said is just as true as making Alakazam and Meganium mate, which I tried and they didn't even have any interest in each other, dammit.
