At the end of the last Matrix movie, why does the little girl say she made the sunrise for Neo?

How does she have any kind of power? In fact, could someone just explain the whole ending to me because I am so lost.

in the trainman scene, they explain that some of the 'people' are actually computer programs. the little girl is an art program. and she's happy he saved her life because the agents dont need an art program and were going to destroy her.

It's in the machine world where programs are not allowed to exist without a purpose. That's why Rama Khandra barters with the Merovingian to allow Sati to cross through Mobil Ave to the Matrix, where she is allowed to be without purpose.
All programs have a purpose (keymaker, ect...). Rama and wife create Sati, a program without purpose. The reason she makes the sunset is to show that since she doesn't have a specific purpose, she has CHOICE...and it is the power to choose that is a uniquely human characteristic...She chose to make something beautiful in Neo's memory. She is a new breed. One that can change how humans and machines co-exist....
Sati will be the new bridge between human and machines...as Neo was at the end of Revolutions.
