And let me guess, you never even had to enter this lottery!!
This is a well-known scam!
At some point they will ask for money from you to cover the taxes etc. for the prize. They may even send you a check that your bank will deposit for you, it will take up to 2 weeks for the check to be returned as a BAD CHECK!
Do not fall for this scam!!

... and they ask you to partake in a grand festivity for which you will have yet to pay your fees of merely... let's say 2000 USD... or whatever...
It's just another scam to get money from you. Just like the one with the "European Quality Award" or "The International Poet's Union" that will have your verses published on one page of a beautiful book for merely 1200 USD...
Or the other one with the Nigerian Petroleum... This one I like particularly... Report them if you have grounds. But in any case don't answer! It's just another scam!

Hey cool! Congratulations!
Despite the fact that you never heard of them, nor did you play their lottery, send in your cashier's check to get your winnings.
Then when you bank holds you responsible for the fraud, be sure to tell us ALL about it.

do a search on it but chances are its a scam. I won one of those things a few years ago but its a total hoax. They make you pay a fee before hand and you never recieve anything. Don't trust it.

Did you enter any lottery? How would you win if you didn't enter?
I can't believe people still fall for this scam, sending hundreds or even thousands of dollars to "secure" their winnings.
