I would like to know about their culture, background, families (where are they from) their lifestyles, country, customs, history of the marriage and how it came about? Description of their marriage ceremony, courtships, problems/conflicts, any violence/divorce if it is common.

Sindh's population is predominantly Sunni Muslim. There is also a large Shia minority and a significant Deobandi Sunni minority.Nearly all the Sunnis belong to the Hanafi school of jurisprudence. The Shia predominantly belong to the Ithna 'ashariyah school of jurisprudence.

The Hanafi school is considered to more open to modern ideas. My sense is that the Ithna 'ashariyah school relies more on authority.

Actual cultural behavior with regards to marriage and relationships I have no idea.

if ur talkin bout desi marriages such as indian or pakistani marriages.. well the parents most likely arrange between both families the girl and guy hav a choice of who they want to marry if they like sum1 at firs they can tell their parents who can get thm marries or the parents can find the soul mate.. thn they could get engaged at first or they could rite away get married. now the marriage has bout 3 or 4 days or types of occasions/ceremonies... the first would be the mehndi where there are manny thngs happend ppl dance and hav fun.. there also could be a mayon which is similar to the mehndi.. then there is a baarat day where the actual marriage ceremony is happend... they could hav the nikah ( the islamic agreement of marriage) the day of the baarat or a seperate day tht day is hosted by the girls side.. thn the next day or the next ceremony is valeema which is hosted by the groom.. and it is anyday after the marriage... later on if the husband and wife do not agree to marriage-this is an islamic rule- the man has to say he wants to divorce his wife three times in a row to her and it is a final divorce if they decide to stay together evn after tht it is a sin.. the only way they can get married again after divorce is if the girl gets married to another man after the divorce and thn she can divorce him and get married again to the man before... and tht is jus a basic description for further details u may contact me

sindh is in pakistan. i m not sure what you mean by sindhi/muslim. but well some of the stories abt sindhi marriages that i have heard and are true are scary. i m a pakistani myself so i m not biased. but there is this one incident of a girl like 25 or something getting married to a 8 year old boy. the girl's dad didnt want to like give a lot of dowry and stuff and so he just paid the boy's parents some money. and the boy's parents were ok cuz their son wud marry again when he was like 30 or whatever.
