I can totally understand what your saying. Being a teenager really sucks, especially for you because you've entered a high pressure situation so young. When your 16, it's hard to step back from your problems and really take a realistic view on them, because it seems as if everything is going to be the same forever, but I promise you it won't. This is a time in your life when you probably really want to be accepted by people and have a large group of friends, it's completley natural. However, college is very competitive, and people can sometimes be very intimidating, I know I attend right now too. It's as if all your life you were made to think that you were unique and special, and you get to college and suddenly there is 500 people that are doing what you do, and looking hotter while there doing it, while maintaing all kinds of other responsiblities and hanging with a popular crowd. It makes you feel really insignificant doesn't it? I know how you feel. The trick is to remember that they are intimidating you for a reason, what is it for you? Appearances, grades? For me it's appearances, I feel very unattractive at school, but I just remember that everyone has a time in there lives where they are beautiful (by media standards), and that time will come and go, and then they will look like the rest of the world. Personality is what truly attracts people. Smile, be open, friendly and approachable, and people will be drawn to you. Force yourself to be happy, get out of the "hole" that your in that is causing you to feel so blue, and find something positive in everything you do. I promise things will get better. Hang in there, and hey you've got one thing already, 16 and in college, that's great!

Look. It's hard yeah we know. You need to chill and calm down!!!when i get streesed and fed up. i give up. and i dont think im suicidal but i feel tired and i feel like going into a deep sleep and not waking up. I think this way because i want just to let go of all of my problems for a little bit. I think there is a point where everybody gets like this. but there are ways to prevent. try to do something u like. that will get u out of that mood. if u like dancing and singing, then dance and sing. look for postitive things to do. like i listen to postive music.(kirk franklin:looking for u) which helps. i go to sleep and when i wake up i get up and organize my problems and decide what to do.

I'm afraid its called hormones.its not maturity your after, its saying goodbye to your childhood and yet you have to wait to say hello to adult hood, so your in between at the moment. You still yearn for the freedom of childhood when you had no worries, but I promise that in a year or two at the most you will enjoy your life again just like you used to only no one to keep telling you what to do

No, it will be just different. You have to learn to handle stress now.
For example, I have to go to work at a very hard
job everyday, bills, bills, and more bills!
I am buying an apartment building for a future
investment so now I have all my tennents
walfare to look after. Deadlines and commitments
Oh and then more bills. Worry, work, and...
well, you get the picture. It's not easier.
Believe me. You just have to handle one thing at a time and move on to the next. Force yourself
to take time to have fun.

Relax, and take time to enjoy things in life.

How you look at life is how it will look back at you.

Whatever you do, take of the sunglasses and see the beautiful world, full of happy people, getting an education, being with family, eating and enjoying the wonders of food, and having great supportive lives.

With a positive attitude you will begin to see a change.

I learned this all through my beautiful revertism to the religion of ISLAM.

This has brought peace and harmony to my heart, and now I am happy for knowing whats the purpose of my existence.

Peace be to you, and study, and enjoy life.

It sounds like you might want to take some diet supplements or see a doctor for therapy and treatment. You could have an Anxiety disorder or could be overwhelmed by too much stress. Psychotherapy could help you.
