This should excercise a few intelligences for a couple of hours.
After exhaustive research over many years, my PhD thesis determined that sock shoe sock shoe was the most efficient.
Sock shoe shoe sock was the worst.

Typically, I do sock, sock because I don't put my shoes on until I am about to walk out of the door.
