Well I lost 2 friends to aids years ago, before we heard about aids. That was very sad. As for myself I never did drugs and I did not sleep around with just anybody. But we all are aware of how important safe sex is. I am a women and I know many women have gotten hiv from their men who have been with prostitutes, used dirty needles, or who are on the down low. So please all women and men remember hiv and aids is not just a homosexual disease. As a matter of fact more hetrosexuals die from aids. So please all be safe!

It hasn't. I don't know anyone who has AIDS/HIV, to be honest. And, since my husband and I don't cheat on each other, do drugs or work in an environment where we might be exposed through blood transfer, it is something we don't worry about.

It hasn't affected me in any way whatsoever. But i do know how it effects others by having listened to the people who suffered from it.
