send them fine and other people recieve them but when they try to send a pic back i dont get it this is really annoying me any advice would help

Call your network provider to make sure the settings are all correct. You may be set up to send but not recieve

I had the same problem so I called up my network provider and they set it up so I could recieve them

Go to Nokia website there is a service where you can set it all up on line

when i had this problem i was told : - IN order to receive a message you have to send a picture message first. it did work so good luck

your mms settings must be incorrect. contact your network provider and they will send you the mms settings via sms
