Actually its very true
some guys get a buzz from two women kissing so its not frowned upon this is often the view of straight guys who want their cake and eat it so to speak
two men kissing well its frown upon because men arent to have feelings for other men because straight mensee it as a let down to the macho facade they think all men should show

No, but it is true that he's more likely to be labeled gay than a girl is to be labeled lesbian. It's generally more accepted that girls can be affectionate with other girls than that guys can be affectionate with other guys.
