if you are very hefty and already 6 foot tall, is wearing heals a fashion dont?

no, your height is an unusual and unique quality you have, and i think you should play it up :) you have the height to pull off crazy heels, so go ahead and wear whatever you want! i would say stay away form platforms, because they'll probably look a little trashy, but skinny heeled stilettos and a tight pencil skirt would look absolutely beautifullll on you. show off your legs!

It is not a fashion don't, at least to me. I like you are on the tall side, not as tall, about 5'7. I wear heals all the time, and if you wear the right ones you are going to look great!! I never look at the size of the heals because of my height, i just wear what i like and feels comfortable, believe me, some 6 inch heals are comfortable!! One thing, don't wear something to bulky, bright or flashy because that is a fashion don't. Were your heals with confidence and you will look great.

I don't think so. Wearing heels is fine. Just don't make it too high. A 1-2 inch heel would be quite fine. Go with a comfortable length basically. U could also go for a chunkier heel, instead of a slim one, to go with your body frame.
PS: If u don't mind standing out, basically there are no such rules bout high heels for tall women. Go with what u like to wear, and what makes u feel great.

No!! Wear your heals and strut your stuff, girl! Try to stay away from wedges, though; as they can be a bit overpowering. Also stay away from the ankle high heel boots. They are not cute on all people. I am 5'7" and they look lousy on me. Because of your height, you want an eye popping shoe. Tend to stay with black colored pumps, and bright colored ones (i.e. pink, yellow, white, aqua, and lime green). Patterned shoes are cute, but they only work it with shorter women. P.S. Make sure the heel is not over four inches. On ALL people the look of heels over four inches does NOT work. Also, stay away from chunky heels. Thicker heels make all people seem stubbier.

I'm almost the same height and this is what I think, if you are going out with your friends to a nice resturant or something then go for it! But when you go shopping you should wear something comfortable and still add style if you find the right pair! Good luck!

No it isn't at all. I wouldn't suggest you go for the 5 inch variety but certainly 3 inch heals are perfectly ok. Bet they get you a lot of attention too!!

Who said if you're over 5'6" you shouldn't wear heels??? Who made up that dumbass rule. If you've got it, flaunt it. Just make sure you can walk in them like they were meant to and not not like newborn giraffe. Rock on with yer bad self:-)
