Well let's see...
>> PC games:
- Halo: Combat Evolved is an all-time favourite
- all the 2D "Worms" games are still enjoyable
- Sims 2 is still fun, but only in small bite-sized sessions
- since Need For Speed: Most Wanted I don't seem to get tired of the "police chase"
- for some strange reason I still like Command & Conquer: Renegade
- ...and Oni
- Max Payne 2 is still the best "...with guns blazing" game
- all three Prince of Persia games are still fun to play, especially The Sands of Time (no other game's had that "charm" for as long as I can remember)
- Beyond Good & Evil was always great and today is no exception
- Grand Theft Auto III & VC & SA are still the definitive sand-box action games out there, so they count too
- Onimusha 3 is still my favourite hack & slash game
- Call of Duty games don't need any explanation
- Fable: Lost Chapters is the best "simple" RPG I've ever played (and still do)
- Half-Life 2 and it's Episode One are too "new" for this list, but worth a mention
- and let's not - ever - forget StarCraft & StarCraft: Brood War
>> GBA (short for Great Bench Activity... what a fantastic hand-held)
- Golden Sun & Golden Sun: The Lost Age were always perfect RPGs... all I need between complete play-thrus is a few months of variety
- I still have that "one more battle" feeling for Final Fantasy Tactics Advance
- Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones never gets too old
- Metroid: Fusion and Metroid: Zero Mission are still two of the best "castlevania style" games you can play
- and yeah, I like Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow very much
- Ninja Five-O (if you can beleive it)... 'cuz it's the best 2D arcade ninja action I've ever played (even after Shinobi 3)
- I think I was addicted to Wario Wares Inc.: Mega Microgame$ until recently... whew !
- and when I say I still like Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith for the GBA, I wanna hear NO questions ! got it ? good... ;)
>> Others:
- I still play Contra: Hard Corps (for Genesis) sometimes... great fun
- Sonic the Hedgehog and all of its 2D sequels... still as enjoyable as 10 years ago
- and no list is somplete without a mention of almost every single Super Mario game to date (my personal favourite is Yoshi's Island, so fresh)
I've never had a lot of "console" systems to play with, otherwise my list would just keep growin :P

Ooooooh thats a hard one. I cant answer "still play to this day" but I know some that when I played them I was obsessed. When I was younger I love The Legend Ocarina of Time for the N64. Now I'm not sure what I like....

Both Kingdom Hearts games are really good...I would have to say the first is the best I've ever played. Or FFXII.

Everybody has their own opinion, some like FPS's like Doom the most , some like the oldies like Super Mario Brothers the most. It all depends on what genre you like.
