Is this a good toolbar?

Is this a good toolbar http://www.taatoolbar.co.nr the reason I'm asking is because I think I will like the Weather Feature and the Link Feature... what do you think?

yes i use that toolbar, it came with my emachine

I think toolbars can by usueful but if you put too many on at once it will slow the load time of your browser to a crawl.

If you want weather on your desktop a trusted site for toolbars is http://www.weather.com and they have a weather toolbar too.
