The term "axis of good" is a phrase used by Hugo Chávez, President of Venezuela, to describe the relationship between him, Cuba's Fidel Castro, and Bolivia's Evo Morales. Cuba, Venezuela and Bolivia are building an alternative trade bloc to the free trade agreements being promoted by the United States. The three believe their system will benefit workers, peasants and indigenous people while their opponents see them forging a dangerous left-wing coalition.[1] Chávez's formulation is a play on the "axis of evil" phrase used by U.S. President Bush when describing governments such as those of Iraq, Iran, and North Korea in his 2002 State of the Union Address.
Tariq Ali's 2006 book about the three countries, Pirates of the Caribbean, is subtitled Axis of Good.

Those who have grown tired of America pushing its way in and looting the raw materials of other nations is who is in the axis of Good . All those little nations who have grown tired of the problems that come from allowing americans in . We are the number one group on the planet to be greeted with hate next to the jews who profited for centuries off others and are hated by all people the world over .

I assume you are trying out some humor here, but I'm having trouble finding it. Venuzuela, a democracy, just made a huge leap towards becoming a dictatorship. Chavez idolizes Castro and his stronghold over Cuba and strives to copy him. Good? Just wait.
