Bush's approval rating has been stuck at around the 31 to 35% rating for what seems like forever now.

These people that still support him are die-hard Republicans.

So here's my question: What would he have to do to loose their support since he hasn't lost it yet?

I think he could eat a baby on live television during the state of the union address and there would still be Republicans that would support him and say, "Well, he had his reasons for eating the baby. I mean did you see that baby? He was asking for it."
