I don't think we should congratulate the African-American community as a whole. Two men who are simply good at coaching a sport does not mean that a race is better, or more deserving of respect as a result. All people deserve respect as individuals, regardless of their race, ethnicity, national origin, etc.
I think, however, that they should be an immense source of pride for African-Americans and role models for anyone (regardless of race) who want to be the best at what he or she does while facing odds that may seem insurmountable.

Did you give more respect and congratulate white Americans after "their" coaches were in the Superbowl?

Who cares...sports are insignificant. It's all about entertainment. Anyways, Dungy wouldn't be there without Peyton Manning and Lovie Smith wouldn't be there without Brian Urlacher who are both white.......
