grab their attention with the heading. Maybe put something in it that'll make em wanna click on it to read the rest. Don't put all of the answer in the heading so they would have to click on it to read the rest maybe.

The question title should ask the entire basic question, in good English. Explanatory details can be added as needed, but at the moment, there are over 150,000 open questions here, and I answer those that are clear and involve topics about which I know something.
