why does he need to do a movie which he the whole cast he not funny when he does that he hasnt been funny for a long time when will some body tell him he suck and just go and fined a place to hide forever

I think Edie Murphy is funny, and for him to act out more than 1 part in a movie is awesome. I guess it's the age to agree with who is/isn't funny!

It's called broadening, that's why Robin Williams does more dramatic roles than comic roles - but nobody is complaining. Don't limit him to 1 genre.
