The other day I found a Motorola slvr l7 for cricket at my job. The phone is way better than the one I currently have and lucky I have Cricket cell phone service. My question is, is there any way that I can connect the phone that I found to work with my service so that I can use it with my service even though its a lost phone? I heard that the company would lock the phone out of the company using its serial or esn number or something since it was lost or stole(as they call it), but they werent sure if that was true and Im not either. Please help!

No i did not steal it....When we closed i was cleaning out the fitting rooms and it was on the floor on the bench. I checked to see if it was still connected but i guess the person had already reported it lost.

Cricket phones dont use sim cards cuz mine doesnt have one and the one i found doesnt either. I think when i got mine hooked up, they used that number on the back of the phone so switching sims is out of the question.

Please be courteous to the original owner of the phone and arrange to have the phone returned. You will make that persons day with this decency, and your consciousness will be much happier.
