I'd survive... but only for the hope of returning to society. I love people... and I need to interact with them to be happy. I need quiet time as much as the next girl, but let's not get ridiculous!

personally i wouldn't be able to.

In the movie, for as long as he was there, he did survive without any social interaction, he just went a little crazy, which is what i think would happen for the most part. So i think you could, that's just my opinion though. :)

I read a short story once though about a bet two men made, it was that one of them could stay alone in a cell with no social interactions for a very long period of time. And on his last day, he had made it all of those years, he left early ending the bet and loosing all the money he could have won. And i think it was because the money didn't even matter anymore to him. He needed the life experiences and relations with other humans to make his life worth while.
So here i would also say you could survive, it would just be living to live though, You wouldn't really be living for anything.
Hope i helped!

I try real hard to. Then again, I'm usually the life of the party in a group. I guess I build it up, then let it out.

I try to "store up" for emergencies. I live underground. And I purchased over 100 books that I have not taken the time to read. I guess I'm saving them for a rainy day, that I truly hope never comes.

If that day ever comes, at least I will have the necessities to exist. Without social inter reaction.

no definitely not. i love my friends to death. i dont know what i do without them. i dont know the kind of person i'd be today if i didnt have my friends and the other people that i usually interact with, i'd probably shrivle away into nothing. i think everyone should have some form of social interaction. after all we're all human. it's natural for us to be social. its should be a part of our daily lives to have social interaction. its healthy. i think it keeps a lot of people sane.

Thats practically how I live...I would survive, but just barely and I'd probably lose my sanity...
