If you answer yes the question would take it as no, but that is only if you use the extreme opposites

If you pray according to God's will; He hears and answers ( 1 John 5:14-15 ). God simply wants you to receive His best; and to do that, you must pray for what God says is yours in the bible. You cannot pray according to your will and expect to receive it ( Proverbs 3:5-6 ). You have been deceived by Satan concerning prayer; because God cannot lie. Romans 10:8-10 is how to be born again. 2 things you can check on concerning why your prayers are not answered; unforgiveness and/or strife; plus not walking in love; because faith works by love ( Galatians 5:6 - For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love ).
