I have dry skin too, & have always been eating healthily but still had dry skin. I had a colonic hydrotherapy the other day & have now excreted hundreds of parasites & worms, as well as other toxic waste, I drink more water also & now my skin is a lot more hydrated, but it will probably take a few weeks to get fully hydrated. It is a problem & should be sorted, you shouldn't mask it with creams which contain mostly toxic chemicals that could starve your skin of oxygen (which is essential to humans for health). If you want a quick easy way without eating healthily though try some MSM supplements.

Hi, I dont have acne to bad but i do get spots and the more i tried to get rid of them lately the worse they got and i couldnt do anthing to get rid of them. and they where painfull and sore. So I know evening primrose is suppose to be good for your skin if you take it and use it one your skin. So the other day I went to superdrug and got the whole reange of evening primrose products cleaners toner miosturiser, night cream and i got the shower gel and soap from tesco. And my face has cleared up all ready and is glowing. and the skin on my body is improving also.
Its worth a try. The facial products arnt to expensive so if they dont work you wont have felt guitly if they dont work for you. But i would definatly worth taking the Evening Primrose supplement.
Just last month i went out and spent £40 on clinique products and they didnt do a thing for my skin except maybe made it worse.
So if this works for you i will be so glad.

I had really bad acne from the age of 11-16, and i have tried every cream/tablet possible...if the cream you are using doesn't seem to help ask your doc to put you on roaccutane, it is great at getting rid of your acne & really clears your skin. Its the only thing that really works

Moisturiser wise either i recommend these

*Clinique Total Turnaround Lotion for oily skin (works with dry!) £26.95
http://www.powderpuff.net/acatalog/Moisturisers_Clinique_Total_Turnaround_Lotion_for_Oily_Skin.html

* Kiehls Sodium PCA Oil-Free Moisturizer £22

* No7 Essential Moisture Day Fluid £8

Even though you have dry skin you need to buy a moisturiser that is oil free, as if you are using a moisturiser that contains oil it will affect your acne and make it worse!

go to kiehl's. Love that store/ brand. Probably any major department store will have it. It's organic and all natural, and the salespeople are really well informed about their products and can help you. Or, since you live in Europe, try Dr. Hauska... check the spelling on google, though. It's all natural and really good, too. I have slightly acne prone skin, and i use their toner.

i live in london too and the weather there is not good for dry skin lol. I have mild acne and dry/greasy skin and every morning i use nivea visage for young skin. Its really good, it dosnt make your skin greasy and it doesnt increase spots. Its around £4 from basically any beauty shop.
gd luck

I would go to a dermalogica salon and see someone about using thier range of products. They're expensive - but very good for problem skin!

Also, fresh and wild (the organic shop) sell a range of narural skin products that are supposed to be very good - I've never tried it though.

As you live in London pop down to the Thames and scoop up some of that mud when the tides out and apply!

i dont live in London but im assuming they have Clinique there. try the "Moisture Surge" moisturizer. it really hydrates and is great for acne prone skin. theres also one called "Dramatically Different". i know a few people who use that one and they love it.
